My coach provided me with everything I needed to be successful, including a grocery list, a simple meal plan, access to an accountability app, weekly meetings and tons of support whenever I needed it.Īll of the trainers at BBP were fantastic and offered advice and tips. Paired with the small group sessions, I felt confident I was headed in the right direction.
